Each year, we gather to honor the memories of these heroic individuals. We stand together as a nation, united in remembrance and honor for our fallen heroes. June 6 (2021) also marks the National Moment of Remembrance. Citizens are encouraged to observe a moment of silence and pay homage to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice. We must also not forget the soldiers who are currently serving in the military, as well as their families. Let us take this opportunity to thank them for their courage and dedication.
