Independence Day has always been of special importance to the citizens of India.

rnAs we celebrate our nation’s independence on November 3rd, we also remember the significant role played by leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. It is a day to honor their bravery and pay our respects to them.

Schools and colleges hold special assemblies and cultural programs to celebrate this occasion.
rnOn this day, the Prime Minister of India hoists the Tricolor at the Red Fort in Delhi and gives a speech addressing the nation. The speech highlights the progress made by the country, and the government’s plans for the future. In the evening, a grand display of fireworks takes place in various cities across the country, filling the streets with colors and joy.
