With its rotating locations across several southeastern states, the festival invites attendees to discover the distinctive flavors and heritage of each area. The 2021 schedule is thoughtfully organized to highlight each state’s culture in sequence:
- Georgia: December 1 – December 15
- South Carolina: December 16 – December 31
- North Carolina: January 1 – January 15
